Our goal is to make your event stress-free. Check this page often, as we are constantly adding more amenities to make your event seamless and easy for you. The following amenities are included with your quote:

  • Two staff on site assisting with questions and concerns

  • One hour walk through during on-site visit with staff

  • One hour walk through prior to event 

​Day of Coordinator, we will provide a day of coordinator to help things run smoothly 

Additional Add On's

Prairie Creek Ranch provides the following amenities for additional charges

Linens and décor: $200

We have a large variety of décor to choose from including: 

  • Thirty 120" round floor length tablecloths available in white.

  • 250 white cloth napkins

  • 10ft rustic Head Table

  • Six black 6ft rectangular spandex tablecloth covers for catering tables

  • Trash bin covers

Bar Services

If you will be serving alcohol at your event, you will be charged an additional fee for bar services depending on your guest count. 

This fee does not include any alcohol or mixers​

 

PRICES

  • Up to 100 guests: Beer/Wine: $550, Spirits: $900

  • 100-200 guests: Beer/Wine: $900 Spirits: $1,300

  • 200-300 guests: Beer/Wine: $1,300 Spirits: $1,600

  • 300 and over: Beer/Wine: add $400 per 100 guests, Spirits: add $500 per 100 guests

Rehearsal

(Wedding party and immediate family) 

Additional cost of $500 for facility rental the day before the event. Facility will be available 12pm-6pm for rehearsal and additional setup and decoration time. If you would like a rehearsal dinner it is an additional $500 with the time extended to 8pm. 

Wedding Wagon Service

$250 for 4 consecutive hours​

This comes with a driver. Guests can receive rides from their cars to the wedding ceremony on our wedding wagon. Check out photos in our photo gallery!

White Tent

$500

20x30 white tent with lights. Includes setup and tear down.
